Road Closure: Batham Gate Road
Date: Tuesday 16th & Wednesday 17th December 2025 (19.00hrs to 06.00hrs each day)
Service affected: Skyline 199

Due to a closure of Batham Gate road, between School Road and Longridge Lane, the Skyline 199 will not be able to serve Batham Gate or Peak Dale between 7pm and 6am, on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th December. 

The following journeys will be affected: 
From Buxton: 19:30, 20:35, 21:35.
From Manchester Airport: 17:55, 19:35, 20:05 and 21:05.

Journeys that would normally operate through Peak Dale should remain on the A6 and then divert via the "Triange" to serve the bus stop at Tomthorn and if required, set down near Waterswallows Lane, which would be the closest point for customers wishing to access Batham Gate or Peak Dale. 

Bus stops not served: The Queens (Dove Holes), Quarry, Peak Forest Station, Peak Dale & Batham Gate.
