Welcome to High Peak Buses

High Peak is the new name for local bus services in the Peak District, Buxton. High Peak was formed in May 2011 through the integration of Bower Buses with Wellglade, owners of Trent Barton, to integrate their Buxton depot into Centrebus's Bowers operation.

The new High Peak brand was launched on the 1st April 2012 and has a combined fleet of 50 buses, which operate from Dove Holes depot near Buxton.

DERBYSHIRE WAYFARER

From Sunday 19th May Derbyshire Wayfarer ticket prices will increase as follows:

Adult: £11.60

Concession: £5.80

Group: £21.00

HALF PRICE FARES FOR STOCKPORT COLLEGE STUDENTS

From 7th March 2013, students travelling on the 392/393 can get 50% discount on day returns and weekly tickets upon presentation of a valid Stockport College ID card.

REVISED FARES FROM 2ND DECEMBER

From Sunday 2nd December, fares on High Peak service will be revised. Most single fares will remain unchanged, however return and weekly fares will change.

Why not beat the fare increase by joining Travel Club and save 15% off the price of single and return fares.

CHANGES TO B_LINE SCHEME

As part of a funding review by Derbyshire County Council, the discount offered to b_line pass holders in Derbyshire will be reduced to around 33% (currently 50%) from 1st August 2011. Bowers fares will also be changing from the same date. For further information click here.
